Fox 13 in Tampa was at the Perry Harvey Park, enjoying the weather and watching skaters at the Team Pain designed and built “Bro Bowl” skate park. With the weather getting warmer, what better way to spend a day than at a great skatepark. Here’s what Fox 13 had to say: “The beautiful weather this week gave people plenty of opportunities to get outdoors; and there is one local place in downtown Tampa that actually encourages shredding. The Bro Bowl in Perry Harvey Park allows for skaters of all skill sets to try their hand at the quarter pipe, railslides and the rolling hills similar to the original bowl from the 70s.” Team Pain was tasked with reconstructing the original bro bowl not far from its first location along with additional skate obstacles to pay homage to the original “bro bowl” but also provide much more than the original bowl. The 17,000 square foot concrete park was finished in 2016 and now features and exact replica of the original bro bowl, an expansive street course with rails/ledges/stairs/ect., and a new bowl.
