OBJECTIVE

Tim Payne, owner and president, works closely with the client in the design process and the actual construction of the facilities. Professional experience with over 100 facilities worldwide for over 15 years. With 2 concrete crews and 2 wood crews, Team Pain is made up entirely of skaters with extensive design and build experience in skate structures. Tim Payne is on the design and safety board for the Skatepark Association of America (SPA).
