The process of building a cement skatepark is a complicated process that takes skilled craftsmen that skate, long hours of hard work in adverse weather conditions minimum recognitioncan & can become a paperwork & permit nightmare (depending on the local codes for the community & area involved), . The skaters are lucky that the cement crew don't care about recognition & don't have a problem with the adverse conditions, the cement crew ( & ramp crew)are just stoked to be working in a field that they get to reap the benefits of their hard work.
